FACT, RUMOUR OR JUST SPECULATION?

With reports today from a pilot colleague alleging thar Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah was ‘probably in no state to fly’ because his life was crumbling due to marital problems  - more and more pressure is being put on the Malaysian Government for straightforward answers.

The latest report comes from a journalist with the New Zealand Herald which suggested Captain Zaharie might have taken the plane out for 'one last joyride' .

The Mail Online also makes the claim today that Flight 370 travelled for over 23 minutes at between 43,000 and 45,000 feet.

“An aviation industry source, who wished to remain anonymous, told MailOnline: 'It was tracked flying at this altitude for 23 minutes before descending. Oxygen would have run out in 12 minutes (in a depressurised cabin), rendering the passengers unconscious.'

“The 777-200ER Boeing aircraft used on the ill-fated flight has a maximum service ceiling of 43,000 feet and can very probably fly safely at even greater heights, one expert said.

“But at this altitude, where the atmosphere drastically thins, it would take mere minutes if not seconds for hypoxia - a lack of oxygen - to set in if the cabin was manually depressurised by one of the pilots, as seen in the below video of a high-altitude experiment.”

Meanwhile the London Daily Telegraph reported that investigators believed that no malfunction or fire was capable of causing the Boeing 777's unusual flight path after taking off from Kuala Lumpur, or the disabling of its communications systems.

It must have been a deliberate - and therefore suicidal - act, the newspaper reported.

Malaysian authorities have dismissed MailOnline allegations that Captain Zaharie had a conversation with a woman from his mobile phone shortly before take-off.

So far all controversial elements on this story relating to Captain Zaharie come from foreign publications. But the Malaysian media must presumably have their ears to the ground on this story.

Can they not put the lie to these stories if they they are mere speculations?  And if not, why not?

  1. There's a great deal on Wordpress and Twitter under @MH370. That's where the information is - speculative or not.

    2. As I said, some of it is speculation. But much is factual and well sourced and researched. I don't work in your industry, so I don't know why the mainstream press are not reporting it (and giving sources of course). MA want to avoid a "Townsend Thorensen" reaction from custromers. That I do understand.

  3. And P2 just sat back and watched while he was supposedly doing all this?

    1. No,he would have had the axe that is hidden in the cockpit on most planes firmly embedded in his head

  4. Not sure why the " depressurized cabin " stuff is in there. Is there any evidence for this scenario of murdered passengers in this manner? No.
Why is it not just as likely this was a highly thought out hijacking? Who do we know that does such things and aren't the group pf 20 Chinese techies interesting? Most compelling argument for this is the information is seeming more and more like dis information. New way to view satelite data? C'mon.
This reads just like the Bushit prior to Iraq. It went right, no left, right, left , .. oh now right. C'mon
What I'd like to know is climbing to such an unusually high altitude a radar evading maneuver? If so, was there a meet up w radar jamming aircraft ?

My fav theory; kidnapping of techies w ac now under tarp in the Mojave w plans to be used in a scenario to get some newest draconian Constitution shredding legislation pushed through the US Congress.

  5. It's all very strange, and without the evidence of visible proof, and the black boxes, who knows what happened? I'm an ex Aircraft Engineer and I'm baffled. There are so many if's and buts.
The conspiracy theorists have it that he killed the co-pilot and radioed his intention to return to KL and crash into the Petronus towers. Shortly after, on the return journey he was shot down by the Malaysian Air Force and the wreckage is scattered around the Malay peninsular. Elvis is still alive and working in MacDonalds the New World Order will take over tomorrow etc etc
    You decide

  6. Diego Garcia, dismantled, wreckage flown as far away as possible and dumped in an inhospitable and hard to reach area. The day after disappearence Boeing admits it has technology that allows an aircrafts autopilot to be taken over remotely with no access given to the pilots, 25 top technologists onboard carrying state of the art hardware for the Chinese Military, pilots own Flight Simulator programmed for test landings at Diego Garcia - this is the tip of the iceberg, so many inconsistencies, we will probably never know the truth much like PanAm 103.

    1. More than probable they were all long dead before the plane crashed through oxygen starvation, why take the plane up to 43000 feet? ,for no other reason than to do the deed.
Not being racist,(not ,'arf) when you look at the suicide Silk Air crash, the suicide Egyptian Air crash mid Atlantic and now the suicide MH730 crash I think I will cut out airlines from certain countries in the future

  8. On the Alex Jones Info Wars site one author actually claimed the plane would reappear equipped with nuclear weapons to be used in a false flag attack. A bit like the Max Keiser prediction of a world wide economic crash that was supposed to happen last April.

  10. The Israeli's would have handled the Muslim suicide pilots actions well ,if any Israelis aboard, just like the suicide bombers that once plagued Israel. The families of those Muslim perpetrators would also be wiped out, sends a clear message.
