In the light of arrest warrants issued against them  the bosses of Pattaya One Stop Service Center have been reducing their profile on the internet – along with their colleague in villainy our famous fake lawyer from Scotland.

Drew Walter Noyes, Wanrapa Boonsu, and Brian Goudie, aka Brian Goldie deleting and stripping websites following arrests warrant for all three of them now, belatedly issued by Pattaya Provincial Court.

Goudie's Facebook page is down, but Noyes's Facebook page which was down has been restored today.

Drew Noyes has of course long since fled to the United States, and, can now be found in Green Valley Drive, North Carolina.

One of his last messages on his Facebook page and Twitter was to promise his former nanny that he would soon return to see his newborn son….his tenth child by five Thai women.

Noyes and Boonsu repeatedly failed to turn up to hear the result of their appeal into conviction of attempting to extort the Thonglor beauty clinic in Jomtien out of 7 million Thai baht – by threatening a police raid and subsequent bad publicity in their now defunct ‘newspaper’ the ‘Pattaya Times’.

The result of the appeal will be read next month regardless.
Brian Goudie is in an even worse position. He has been convicted of embezzlement and fraud and is appealing a three year jail sentence.

Goudie - Goldie

But not only that a warrant of arrest has been issued against him for fraud and ‘revenge porn’ related charges and strong objections have been presented for refusing any possibility of bail.  The court has confiscated his passport.

Both Noyes and Goudie of course are known as ‘runners’.

Noyes fled from the United States after being exposed in the Star in Wilmington, North Carolina, as a man of ‘myriad lies’ with a history of share and property fraud, and sexual  harassment.  He also had an FBI felony record.

He arrived in Thailand announcing that he was a lawyer and ‘the most credible re-assuring American businessman’ you could wish to meet and promoted his image as also a publisher,  ardent Royalist,  sharp shooting, parachuting, charity donating, problem fixing, do it all. He also claimed he was FBI cleared.

Goudie, under the name Goldie, fled from Scotland shortly before a warrant of arrest was issued against him for defrauding the Royal Bank of Scotland (his employer).  He settled in Australia where he was convicted and jailed for six years for defrauding a Perth mining company ( his employer).

He arrived in Thailand, skipping a hearing of the Australian Administrative Appeals Tribunal, which almost certainly would have ordered his deportation, and announced he was a British barrister and former officer in the Royal Marines, setting up a company called Alba Laws.

He sought clients in Thai jails promising them all freedom at a cost.
On this site we called their bluffs. Despite multiple libel actions and  concerted internet campaigns against their enemies, all of whom they labelled criminals, even the court in Pattaya has now been forced to act.

Finally, David Hanks, from Girvan, Ayrshire, Scotland. the gofer for both Noyes and Goudie, has returned to Australia and told Pattaya court he is sufferings 'bacterial condition'.  This is a new one. Noyes and Wanrapa have collectively claimed, jet lag, just sick and even hemmorrhoids.

Footnote:  Noyes and Boonsu have not closed down their One Stop Service Center site and Noyes has been continuing to 'advise' from the US.

Meanwhile Drew Noyes has gone into the home decorating business and has flooded the net with promotions for his Green Valley Designs LLC. Curiously he now claims a background in

Noise is though keeping his Twitter account open for the benefit of his 10k followers... None of whom ever comment, like or retweet any of his tweets...

"Drew Noyes has of course long since fled to the United States, and, as he perhaps had little fear of arrest across the pond for their for crimes in Thailand"

Appart that is from the claims that he fathered one of his children with a girl well under the age of consent. An allegation, that if true, is prosecutable in the US.

I concur with Ian. Why is it that Noise is unlikely to be arrested in the USA?

Andrew Drummond said...

Well firstly the Thai authorities are notoriously bad at preparing papers for extradition cases, secondly these are very expensive affairs and the US authorities would have higher priorities. If however they had convincing evidence relating to sexual crimes against a minor then it would be a strong possibility. However that has not been suggested as yet.

It costs extra if you want your fake followers to engage with your posts.

You missed one AD.

Harris Black is also calling it quits on Facebook.

Are you saying then that there is no 'convincing evidence' that he, in effect, raped a child (as she would have been below the age of consent at the time then)? If that is the case then why do you make so many references to it?

What do you mean by your reference to the Thailand extraditing Noyes? He's in the US already, the US authorities' prosecuting him or not has nothing to do with extradition.

Andrew Drummond said...

I am sorry Bob I have said no such thing. i am not about to second guess the US authorities. And Secondly I guess you know that extraditing means involving court action to get an offender back to face charges in the country where the offence is committed. There are two issues. His alleged offences in the US and his alleged offences in Thailand.

Back in 2006 'Noise' and his mate 'Cool off' were subjects of a kiddy fiddling porno movie investigation by Interpol , but somehow they managed to slither out of it even with video, photo and audio evidence and a sting op by undercover detectives,, seems they had some influence back then , interpol were forcd to back off on thai turf ,surely USA must have dealings with interpol as 'noise ' is now unprotected in USA he should be locked up .

I reported Noyes to the FBI/ DHS in Bangkok.
I spent several hours providing evidence of his discraceful behaviour and his accomplices (Brian Wright). I also provided fir evidence of his trafficing and sexual abuse of young Filipino girls.
To my mind the evidence was overwhelming, however my meeting took place in July.
If the authoroties choose to act I suppose is down to importance and a successful prosecution. I know all the law enforcement agencies were badly butnt after the Chris Hodds case where they activly and incompetently pursued an innocent man due to image of wanting to be seen to be doing the right thing. My meeting unfortunately came a few weekes after Chris was exonerated.
I wish it was a simple as reporting a paedophile and then he was arrested.....
I have spent years trying to nail the pervert but the law is in favour of the guilty.
His time will come.

Here's what you said in your rely to Ian McFarland and Lancashirelad, "If however they had convincing evidence relating to sexual crimes against a minor then it would be a strong possibility. However that has not been suggested as yet."
If that doesn't mean they don't have convincing evidence what does it mean?

Exactly what it says Bob Kneale
