Eileen Macdonald made this sworn statement after failing to have her son’s estate returned to Britain.
She claimed that the £250,000 invested by her son was never returned.
The will he allegedly made,witnessed by May and Lumsden, was also signed by the beneficiary Supan Kampanya, who was bequeathed her son’s 50 per cent shareholding of Boyz Boyz Boyz.
“I am told that Supan Kampanya is or was the boyfriend Gordon May”.
