This is the will made up in Thailand to show that Iain Macdonald had bequeathed his estate to a Boyz Boyz Boyz bar worker.
‘I direct my trustees to make over all my money and property in Thailand this includes cash in bank and my 50% shares in the Ambiance Hotel and Boys Boys Boys nightclub to Supan Kampanya of the Ambiance Hotel, Thailand.”
Note: The beneficiary of 50% of Boyz Boyz Boyz and Ambiance Hotel Supan Kampanya has also witnessed the will, rendering it illegal both in Thailand and Britain. The other witnesses are James Lumsden and Gordon May.
Six weeks later Iain Macdonald died in a fire in the Ambiance Hotel.
