The British Consul in Thailand Deryck Fisher secured an admission from an Assistant Commissioner of Police in Bangkok that Kevin Quill was framed on a drugs charge. Below is the letter presented to the court in Pattaya both in Kevin Quill’s drugs case and the cases brought in the Pattaya court against Andrew Drummond.

The police completed an investigation into the conduct and found no evidence of any misconduct.

Chonburi investigated ‘Boyz Boyz Boyz’ nightclub and found no evidence of any commercial sex activity being conducted there.

Chonburi further found that a pornographic promotional video filmed on the premises and presented by James Lumsden was made without his knowledge.

Lt.General Noppadol Somboonsap , Assistant Commissioner of the Royal Thai Police gave evidence on behalf of Andrew Drummond at his trial for libel.  His evidence was ruled irrelevant by the Pattaya judges.
