BRITISH GLOBAL ENTREPRENEUR’S HATE CAMPAIGNS IN THAILAND REVEALED

BRYAN FLOWERS OUTLAWED!
Andrew Drummond reports on how British bloggers, vloggers and social media posters are at war with reality in the Thai sun, sea and sex resort of Pattaya. Struggling to keep at the top of the chain is Bryan Flowers, a former electrician, who has had to restructure his sex bar empire after it was hit by a catastrophic raid by police resulting in charges of sex trafficking a minor.
Bryan Flowers, a self-promoting ‘global entrepreneur,’ who controls a large sector of prostitution in the Thai resort of Pattaya, has conducted a wide range of internet smear-hub character-assassination campaigns against rivals and perceived enemies.
Following my report on how I was being attacked by the former electrician from Coventry, a tranche of other victims has come forward to reveal how they have been affected by similar attacks.
And the victims were not restricted to the bar or nightlife business. They included restaurant owners and other businessman and even former staff of Flowers’ now collapsed Night Wish Group.
Flowers’ Night Wish Group controlled some 29 bars in a lane called Soi 6 in Pattaya – a ‘full-on’ street where city officials and police have allowed the bars to illegally operate as brothels.
Two victims of internet attacks, we know, fled Thailand completely. The attacks all had a similar pattern: First smear web pages were set up, coupled sometimes with false Facebook and Linkedin profiles, these included multiple accusations of the victims alleged nefarious activities.
Then victims were attacked by agents and trolls hired from the Israeli website fiverr.com to damage their social media, and to this he added his own set of troll accounts.
Where possible troll friends, relatives and business contacts of the victims were approached with the same lies.
In one case Flowers threatened variously: “Don’t f…k with the Pattaya Boys’, ‘I will get every troll in my fb (Facebook) group to come after you,’ and and “I don’t care where you are. My forum members are from all over the world. I will hunt you down and find you!” and “We will find you and poke your eyeballs in!”
In short Flowers was saying to foreigners, predominantly English speaking: “If you want to do business in Pattaya you need to come to me.” and down at the local police station he grins when he is addressed as ‘Mr Soi Six Mafia’.
This was a policy followed by American Drew Noyes, the owner of the now defunct ‘Pattaya Times,’ who fled Thailand while on bail appealing a rather light two year jail sentence for extortion.
Noyes, who had no legal background, described himself as the only American lawyer on the eastern seaboard and attempted to extort a health and beauty clinic out of 7 million baht (US$250,000) or it would get a police raid when illegal drugs would be found.
The victim actually refused and did get the police raid organised by Noyes, but nothing was found. Flowers has been reported by victims in the past to have turned up with a local policeman to back up his threats. But, if that happened, then the situation seems to be changing.
THREATS FLY AS FOREIGN LAWYERS FACE-OFF IN BRYAN FLOWERS’ NEW LAW FIRM
But let’s look at a law firm which Flowers recently took over, for a short time anyway, with a former British policeman.
In the video below the former policeman launches into a tirade against the lawyer, who has just been bought out for a yet to be explained reason, but I understand it may be been on a point of law. The coolest person in this video is the Thai cleaner!
He called himself Lord John Cooper on the company’s website (below) and this is not the way of the average British aristocrat. But Pattaya is a city full of re-invented foreigners.
The transition was not smooth. This is what we can make out of the conversation:
John Spooner: unintelligible followed by “I will see you in f_cking court!”
IL: Yeah, yeah, see me in court.
John Spooner: Yeah right. Speak to me in that manner again and I will knock you the f-ck out
IL: Yeah?
John Spooner: Yeah, trust me.
IL: I’m gonna show you how.
John Spooner: F_ck off. Prick.
IL: Show me in five minutes.
John Spooner: Five minutes. Bring it on. How about you come down here? I’ll square up now. I’ll rip you a new f_cking arsehole!
IL: I have the list of all my clients before.
IL: Yeah.
IL: Try to f_ck me, ha.
John Spooner: Yeah, try to f_ck you. What I do better is to just rip you a new f_cking arsehole. I won’t do it legally. I’ll tear your fucking arms off. So, f_ck you.(pause)..prick
The boss of Isaan Lawyers, above referred to as ‘IL’, is a well known French-Canadian lawyer Sebastien Brousseau. Flowers had connected Spooner to him with a view to going in as a partner.
The Canadian had signed a form of Non Disclosure Agreement and said he could not be quoted. But he did admit he had made a formal complaint after the tirade to Spooners regulatory body in the U.K.
John Spooner was previously the Supervising Police Sergeant at Darlington Police station in County Durham, UK. For a period he was also part of British Prime Minister Tony Blair’s close protection unit. He dropped the Lord title, saying he did it as a joke, some time after he and Flowers successfully took over the Isaan Lawyers, putting the company in their Thai wives names.
But then Punnipa’s name disappeared from the company completely, while Isaan Lawyers continued as a sister company to the newly created Anglo Siam Legal, under the umbrella of Isaan Lawyers International (ILI).
Now Anglo-Siam Lawyers is billed as ‘Your Trusted Legal Partner’ and is being rigorously plugged by Bryan Flowers’ media, including here at Pattaya News, here on the Pattaya-Addicts forum, and here at Pattaya Unplugged.
It’s odd for a respectable law firm to attach its name to Pattaya-Addicts, which has a ‘members only’ Soi 6 section, giving Trip-Advisor reports on the skills, or lack of them, of sex workers, together with intimate photographs, (taken by the Night Wish photographer) – and which also offers an index of sex workers (smooci) who can be booked online by the hour.
‘The team at Anglo-Siam’ answered questions on behalf of John Spooner. They insisted that Punippa’s shares had been transferred over. They did no work whatsoever for Bryan Flowers, or any of his staff or witnesses in recent court cases. And that Spooner only knew Flowers on a social level as both were businessmen in Pattaya.

We pointed that Flowers was still claiming to own both Isaan Lawyers and Anglo-Siam Legal on numerous websites particularly in the United States such as the Boston Courier, New York Dawn, & Wall Street Publication, and on ByranFlowers.com where, for a fee you can submit your own bio, and make yourself a business super-hero under headlines like the one above.
We received no answer at the time of releasing publishing. But the Management Team had made comments on the video and a subsequent complaint to the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. (CILEX) as well as their ownership. The team stated:
“The investigation resulted in Mr. Spooner being cleared of any and all disciplinary, regulatory, civil, and criminal allegations. Mr. Brousseau appealed this to a formal Regulatory Tribunal, which again found Mr. Spooner innocent. He committed no regulatory, disciplinary, civil, or criminal infractions. Mr. Spooner’s personal and professional record remains clear and unblemished……
“What the video (taken without consent and without context) does not show is the lead-up directly before the event which caused Mr. Spooner to challenge Mr. Brousseau and his behaviour.)”
“We trust that you will exclude our firms from any narrative involving those of the Night Wish Group, as no connection exists.”
Fair enough. And that’s a fairly emphatic statement. But clearly a connection did exist with the boss of Night Wish.
NB: The video was in the kitchen area of an office Spooner and Brousseau shared. It was on as a matter of routine.
Disassociating himself from the Night Wish Group, was quite understandable. Mr.Spooner would not want on board a partner, who is out on bail appealing a three year prison sentence for running an illegal sex operation, while three employees of her and her husband’s Night Wish Group, were jailed for 21 years each for trafficking a 16-year-old into prostitution.
‘DON’T F**K WITH THE PATTAYA BOYS!’
Spooner only formally arrived in Thailand to stay in 2021, though he had visited often, so may also have not have known that Flowers has a long history of threatening people and had run internet campaigns against those who refused to advertise, or who were in competition. In March 2023 the Canadian lawyer was still jousting with Spooner when he got this.
That was an email purporting to be from a well-known Briton called Mike Mcnamee, who ran an Facebook page called Pattaya 24/7 forum rivalling Flowers’ Pattaya-Addicts.com, and Thailand 24/7.
Why would Mcnamee be threatening him? Even crazier, why threaten him with a character called ‘Sharky’ better known as Tim Ward.
Tim Ward was a New Zealander, who made his fortune money lending in Australia, who had settled in Pattaya for a few years, mainly challenging police, until they came to a peace settlement
The real Mike Mcnamee had contacted the lawyer before and Flowers knew it. The message was then followed by this one. (email of lawyer redacted)
The Canadian lawyer knew this was not Mcnamee’s email. The real macnamee owned only Pattaya 24/7. Pattaya 365 was an avenue Flowers used to attack people. But he has since been blocked because‘he increasingly wanted to use the group to attack people he didn’t like‘ and now uses a proxy on this page.
This was not the real Mcnamee of course. We were able to prove digitally that it was Bryan Flowers, posing unconvincingly as Mcnamee. Flowers had run a massive campaign against Mcnamee – a total character assassination. The mikemcnameepattaya gmail address was one of many he had created to troll others. Below are are the header and some content from that Linked in page he referred to.
First he created websites, hired agents from fiverr.com to threaten and humiliate him. And finally, but not confirmed by a second source, it is alleged that Flowers and two named ‘friends’ actually threatened him at his Pattaya apartment.
Sheer amateurish drivel, but very crude language was used by Flowers (above) similar to language he used on his former website www.jizzflicker.com. Recently he has used a.i. to improve his writing skills.
Mcnamee left Pattaya still denying claims, never proven, that he had been siphoning off money owed to Pattaya orphans and collected by a bar in Pattaya. And he still runs Pattaya 24/7 from a distance.
Adam Howell, the whistleblower, who says he is taking legal action after he was defrauded by Flowers out of US$460,000, was very close to Flowers when Flowers started attacking Mcnamee, so close that Flowers even asked him to join in.
Below is a message sent by Flowers to Adam Howell to get him to help in the attack. Flowers made the web pages, despite his claims that ‘donators’ did! He has since stopped using :sites.google.com.
When contacted Mike Mcnamee described the attacks on him as ‘awful’. He confirmed what we already knew about the fake email adding. “Never any good ever comes from having anything to do with guy. And he’s still running free!”
And it goes on. Last month Flowers posed as Mike McNamee again and emailed Adam Howell, who would have known that Mcnamee was an enemy of Flowers. But the advice he gave was off the wall.
The advice is to get rid of this journalist as he will ‘eat him’ and the Thai legal assistant as she will work against him. Howell WON the public criminal libel case brought by Flowers. The case in which he was found guilty was that of criminally libelling Flowers to his business partner and mate Nick Dean!
For that he was fined 18,000 baht, which he paid on the spot. Howell is appealing the case. Why bother flying to Thailand to attend. It would cost him more than the penalty. he has already paid.
Late Breaking News
On Monday 23 Feb 2026) in the civil judgment brought by Bryan and Punnipa Flowers, the court ordered Howell to pay 50,000 Thai baht damages to Flowers, but not his wife. Howell is not surprised by the outcome. He admits he was naive attempting to use Dean as a go-between to help him get his money back from Flowers by giving him a piece of his mind. He is appealing the case.
The French Canadian, who says he cannot comment on his on his company’s takeover said he suspected the emails came from Flowers as soon as he got them.
Flowers, he said, was an odd character, acting erratically on social media, who kept sending him pictures of bar-girls for no reason. He belatedly had warnings about Flowers from friends in Pattaya. (name redacted, shown below).
“If you had talked to me about it, I would have told you to avoid Flowers at all costs. I immediately recognize his style of writing threats. We were partners in (redacted) Pattaya, and I tried to guide him in other areas for a few years. At best, he’s a sociopath. At best.”
“He’s always done that and counted on his contacts to protect him. Apparently he doesn’t have as much influence in Pattaya as he thought. One of the comments really captured the reality of the situation…”
He sounds pretty stressed. He relies a lot on his wife Dun. He does this on his vlog because he earns money from it, but he’s still cheeky, and he’s taking serious risks
“He claims it’s not sexual exploitation of girls/women, but he’s a pimp even if he doesn’t want to hear it.”
But now Flowers had to destroy all traces of his ‘The Night Wish Group’ which was liquidated as a company nine years ago, but which he had run as an illegal operation ever since.

Two sites created by Flowers containing numerous stories with false narratives have been taken down from the ‘lovable.app’ domain. The sites are www.andrewdrummondfacts and adamhowellwarning. We did not request any take-down but are happy to see domain owners acting.
