SELF PROCLAIMED ‘GLOBAL ENTREPRENEUR’ BRYAN FLOWERS SAYS: ‘I’M NOT GOING TO JAIL’

AND AFTER SNUB BY BRITISH POLICE AND LIBEL LAWYERS – HE ANNOUNCES

‘WE’VE GOT INTERPOL ON THE CASE!’

In a bizarre interview promised by his aide to be the ‘Mother of All Bombs’ Bryan Flowers a sex bar boss in Thailand, who describes himself as a global entrepreneur, dismissed under-aged sex trafficking allegations this week claiming ‘We were set up.”

False allegations had been made against him and his business, he said, “I’m not going to jail!”

He glossed over a trial in which his Thai wife and three of his staff were jailed for running an illegal sex business and under-aged sex trafficking offences.

Bryan: ‘Ok, wise guys, were’re gotta rub out those two stains.’ Martin: Whisht! Yer geing me the boak. Ahm aff. amh hoachin fer a swally.

Two Thai cashiers and a Briton, William Reece Bilton, were jailed for 21 years last July, in relation trafficking a 16-year-old Thai girl into one of 20 plus bar-brothels he controlled in the Thai resort of Pattaya.

Phunnipa Flowers

But his Thai wife Phunippa Flowers, 37, only got a three year sentence for runnning an illegal sex business. Neither Bryan Flowers not his wife’s name were on the license or lease of the bar in question called FlirtBut all the money from selling drink and women went into her bank accounts.

Observers noted this was a little out of kilter with normality.

While prostitution is illegal in Thailand it is not normally prosecuted – except in under-aged cases. In those cases the bosses generally have always been prosecuted and always get the longest sentences.

Flowers had frequently boasted on YouTube about his empire and even joked that at the local police station he was referred to ‘Mr. Soi Six Mafia’. But he denied any ownership to Bangkok based Anti-Trafficking in Persons Police (ATIP), while frequently admitting he paid local police in Region 2 where his businesses are.

But things did not look good for Flowers after an investor, who claimed he had been cheated by Flowers out of his US$460,000+ investment went public with a mass of files from within the Night Wish Group.

He had offered his evidence to Anti-Trafficking in Persons Police, but they declined saying it was unnecessary and they had completed their case papers.

The investor’s files showed that Flowers had asked the investors to thank ‘the team’ for getting them out of several problems with Paypal, Facebook (who blocked his pages promoting his sex workers) and human-trafficking.

Above. From the Night Wish Files – saved by Canadian investor Adam Howell.

The final bill, Flowers said, came to 11.5 million baht, about £266,000 ‘due to corrupt police’.

But, he could have been scamming his investors. He’s written a chapter on the advantages of lying on his ‘Jizzflicker’ website – now retired to the Wayback Machine.

Dark Glasses & Purple Sofa

The interview, however, failed, to explode, or resonate with the public. But that may be because he gave the interview to his own crew, a a fawning YouTube Vlogger cum sex-bar owner and his reticent Scots camera operator. They set the scene on a purple sofa in what appeared to be a garage in the Thai resort – a city likened by one western media outlet as akin to Sodom and Gomorrah, but as in anywhere in Thailand with a polite and cheerful and considerate local citizenry.

When foreign sex bar operators in Thailand interview each other they often tend to talk about their sex workers in bawdy terms, but also as if they are social workers rescuing them from the poverty gap. This was different, but it had a tone of indignancy.

Who were the nasty people out to get him by releasing ‘false allegations’ ‘twisted’ from confidential information?

Nick Dean, from Stoke-on-Trent, opened the show. It was a boys own scenario. But a woman would have found the interview even more challenging. Dean had six bars, but now runs only three with sex workers in Soi 7 in the resort, sparking a new variation of an old joke. How do you get to own three bars in Thailand? Start with six.

But Flowers, who controls some 20 bars in neighbouring Soi 6, formerly under the name ‘Night Wish, is said to be bank-rolling the project.

Dean was as obsequious with Flowers as a bell boy with his hand out. That was to be expected.

FLOWERS TROLLING CAMPAIGN: ‘I’VE BEEN SILENT’????

****************

On set, both Flowers and Dean looked like they had been out camping together for a fortnight. Flowers sported a stubble and spots on his face, clearly suffering but this was because other people had brought down the calamity on his shoulders.

Nick Dean, dark glasses covering tired eyes, let his cameraman Scot Martin Carlyle, ask most of the questions, letting him take any potential legal rap.

But, when it came to case of the sex-trafficking of a 16-year-old, Nick Dean took over, pussyfooting, ensuring that it was never revealed what the case was all about, and perhaps also of guiding Flowers away from calling the 16-year-old victim a ‘f……..g whore who had slept with hundreds of men,’ as he had done to colleagues. He needn’t have worried. Flowers answers were vague.

The case is over Flowers can say what he wants, except the sort of stuff he puts on the net.

But voice messages, messenger posts, and Night Wish internal memorandum. had told a different story. There was no lady in the raid. That’s right, but old news. The public read that in his Pattaya News. He made sure that got published.

In a memorandum to investors, he said local police had warned him of the raid by ATIP (Anti-Human Trafficking Police from Bangkok.) and now he would have to pay them more. He did not like the case going to Bangkok obviously, where he less no control.

But ATIP police, who have to alert local police when they enter their territory frequently come across this behaviour from local police, who do not want to be shown up – and they found the girl quickly.

Now he has toned down his rhetoric. He had previously accused foreigners of the NGO The Exodus Road multiple times in trolls on the net of sleeping with prostitutes, and bribing a member of his staff with 100,000 Thai baht to employ the under-aged girl.

The files Canadian Adam Howell copied had shown:

  • He’d even posed an investigative journalist to ring around sponsors of the NGO to say the same things.
  • And he had asked the Canadian to join in as Flowers created 11 websites attacking the NGOs reputation.

But now he is depicted by his cohorts as a hero standing up alone against the corruption of an NGO and police.

The other four cases had nothing to do with Pattaya and were over a period of years and in different parts of Thailand. They had also involved ‘The Exodus Road’.

“In most cases we have undertaken’, said a spokesman for The Exodus Road, ‘local police are forewarned and the victims not on the premises.”

Flowers had to fight the case. He had earlier been claiming his staff could go own for as long as 250 years. But he never hung around for the judgment and sentence. He left Thailand just a few days before they were due in.

The rest of the interview of the interview is merely Flowers having a go at ‘two trolls’ who have been harassing him for the last 12 months. These are clearly meant to be the Canadian whistleblower and myself:

If you have not seen the video, its below. It’s possible this video may be taken down. It has been copied for legal purposes.

SCROLL DOWN FOR SOME REAL TRUTHS

REPLIES TO ABSURD ACCUSATIONS

That is addressed to Flowers, but I’ll take it. I have written about 14 stories – about once a month since last December Martin.

First of all, you have to look up ‘trolling’ which is what Flowers does. What I am doing is legitimate investigative series based on journalistic values so there will be supporting evidence.

‘What am I getting out of it? Well, It was my job for many years when my role in Thailand morphed into one of being more of a Crime Correspondent.

It helps me stay alert and I can genuinely help people at the same time. I do not accept cash for stories. On the contrary I frequently have to dig into my own savings.

I think it’s unlikely that Flowers will do a further interview after this effort. But if you wish, you can pit Flowers directly against me in a three-way, which I can record too. I can also add to the conversation about Thai nominees, and Ponzi schemes and crypto frauds. As for bestiality, well that you can leave with Mr. Flowers. All I have are the photos he sent to the Canadian investor. They’re not suitable for this platform, or any for that matter.

(Pattaya Times, Drew Noyes, from North Carolina, where he cheated in property deals, Used Pattaya Times as a weapon. Fled Thailand after being convicted and sentenced for extortion and while on bail.

Pattaya People: Nils Colov, jailed in Copenhagen for pimping and extortion. Used Pattaya People as a weapon. Awarded himself the United Nations Cross (It does not exist) Co-operated with David Ames promoting homes for foreigners in Pattaya which were never built. One of the biggest property frauds investigated by the British Serious Fraud Squad. Ames jailed for 12 years.) LovePattayaThailand?)

AD: ‘I’m going to get you one day’. Is he serious? Is this a cheap B movie.

There has been no conversation other than digital and Facebook Messenger between Flowers and myself. I keep records. Therefore no verbal; threats. The idea even is ridiculous. I communicated with Flowers and Adam Judd over two fake stories. No threats. I strongly advised them to take the stories down. But they would have rightly assumed that I would write something if they did not.

What they were doing on the Pattaya News was appalling. However, it was clear Judd was operating under the instructions of Flowers. Not cheated anyone? He’s just cheated a guy out of some US$460,000. He has publicly admited taking the ‘investment’ off the Canadian. This is an ongoing investigation.

Flowers used a UK legal service specialising in reputation protection. I am not sure he met any lawyer face to face. I received papers which were unsigned. I notified the legal company, which heavily promoted itself on the internet, that I would give a full reply if they provided me with the name of their lawyer, not an admin or info email address. The document they gave me did not look like it was even written by a lawyer.

They never gave me the name of the lawyer. So, I did not bother to reply further.

When Flowers made a DMCA copyright take-down requests claiming Facebook Messenger sections of the Night Wish files were his copyright, I passed it to the legal firm.

These were the very statements implicating him. No lawyer would have said:“He can’t give any evidence. He doesn’t have any evidence to back up his claims.”

The lawyer, if he had read our stories coupled with Flowers DMCA requests would know we had evidence. The lawyer is obliged to tell clients of the potential risks of taking a malicious libel case. They probably would have asked him for a £100,000 deposit. They clearly never offered a percentage deal.

His complaint to British police was quickly rejected as he admits. Accordingly a counter-complaint has been made, but as Flowers does not live in the U.K. it will merely rest on file.

No. Nobody is paying me anything for stories on this site, or harassment. Flowers has paid private, eyes, and agents from fiverr.com to attack me. I have records of their conversations with me, naming Bryan Flowers as their paymaster. It has not been a sophisticated operation.

AD: I did? Where? We edited out an address which was on a DCMA notice which was an address in Coventry where you claimed you lived, which is probably your dad’s. But he’s in Thailand. It’s not policy to use private addresses. But Flowers put my address, photo of my house, and full passport photo on his website, plus a range of emails, some which were mine, some not on his trolling website which was called would you believe andrewdrummondaddress.com.

I am not asking for takedowns of these websites up because they are doing him more harm than they are doing me and will be a lasting legacy to the depths Flowers will sink.

No I did not. We showed you on Bangkok Chit Chat YouTube demonstrating how you had bought special penis shaped drink glasses so that sex workers could simulate oral sex on webcam for Paypal tips. Paypal held money back on the grounds of immoral earnings.

No I did not. Proof please. It’s you who brought up the the subject of money laundering, but not with me, but on your app to the Canadian investor. You said your lawyer told you, that you were safe from charges because nothing was in your name. You owned nothing., not even your houses and cars.

AD: I think that’s called genuine legal work for a client. This would be the women legal assistant. She has done nothing illegal. But her arrival on the case directly led to Flowers losing a case of public libel he had brought against the Canadian investor.

This was over a video which was unlisted on YouTube. Flowers got the secret URL from Dean and hired agents to send 8000 plus views. These views were paid-for bots. None lasted more than seven seconds and they all came from Russia. Flowers had lied in court that he had to take his kids out of school because of the bullying, Nick Dean lied too.

Flowers has created three or four pages on different sites and you created two websites of invented investigative journalists, one specifically around this lady. It was the journalist’s only story. Through this Flowers claimed she was variously a thief, former Nana Plaza worker (sex worker), using a picture of another women entirely. and drugs dealer. He also named her, and gave an address for her.

In one story we published your passport photo. Your passport details were edited out. I did not know you had a brother. If so, he is not related to these stories. So why would I contact him. I have not said either your dad of brother had controlling interests in your business. Nobody does but you. You have described your dad as an investor. If he had a controlling interest maybe these misfortunes would not have happened. But Mr. Flowers has just described exactly what he has done to other victims.

Neither I or the Canadian investor have posted on Quora, or Reddit or your wife’s Facebook page. I have not even seen your wife’s Facebook page. When Martin asked you the question: “Why do you think there’s so much kind of hatred towards you?” He probably had a feel for public sentiment. Many people are outraged. You have been blocked from Facebook twice and YouTube at least once. This, plus your massive trolling, does not help you own the side of truth. Soon we will be soon be looking at other victims.

It is true that we downloaded a number of videos before you removed them from public view. They included 1. How you got your friend out of jail and a 21 year sentence on drugs charges (offering the service on Facebook) 2. The real reason why you created the Pattaya News, 3. How you put your bars in other peoples names because you did not want to go to prison (someone else’s video, not your copyright) and (4) Comments about the upcoming court case. These were not twisted or used out of context. They were presented as they were promoted.

And finally regarding the Canadian former partner:

When these allegations were first made Flowers called the Canadian partner a meth addict on his personal blog. So the Canadian volunteered to go for medical testing. Those showed he had no traces of meth in his system or any other hard drug. He said he had never used Class A or 1 drugs. In terms of compensation demanded yes the higher figure. But I would like to see evidenc of the 110 and 155 million claims. But this had nothing to do with me. This was a meeting you both attended with a view to settling or not in front of police. He wanted a high figure because you had in effect stolen the money and felt you should go to jail. You refused to pay anything. Police took a statement but did nothing. He has had more cordial meetings since.
