American Tony Poer the pornographer whose arrest reports were wiped clean from all the newspapers in Pattaya claimed yesterday that women flocked to be filmed and his arrest ‘never happened’.

This never happened

‘The matter has been dealt with. As far as everyone is concerned it never happened and that was the agreement reached by everyone.

‘Please remove my name from your article. It is all over the web.’

In a phone call in which Tony Poer suggested he was outside Thailand he said that girls flocked to his door to be filmed by him. All were willing and all were compensated well. They could make a lot of money he said. He added that he was helping tourism.

‘I am not a foreigner with a beer gut. I am handsome, well educated, sophisticated and I dine with the best.’

Brazilian porno makers arrested in Bangna but what happened to them?

He added: ‘It’s not my fault that the girls’ are poor. You should take that up with the Thai government. There are people who want me to make films, rich people with resorts and hotels who see I am attracting people to Thailand.

‘Why pick on me. There are Europeans and lots of other people out their doing this.’

On the question of sex without condoms Poer said he was trained in the business and did not put himself or other people at risk.

Poer was talking in response to an article publish here and widely on the internet last week which showed how he and a series of U.S. pornographers had managed to evade serious legal repercussions after being arrested in the resort of Pattaya.

But he did invent this

Poer (insert above on the left) admitted he was the inventor of the ‘Beaver Bong’ and that it had taken him years to register the patent.

Comment: Mr. Poer did raise the following questions

How did I know he was not set up?  Answer: I think that is a given.  And secondly ‘How did you know I did not pay millions to go free? Well I might say that was another ‘given’ but obviously I do not know the details of his release, apart from making a shrewd guess, and may never as Poer insisted that he was sworn to secrecy. But obviously one of the conditions was that the newspapers  would be cleaned of this news. He further added that I was breaking the law by following up the case. ‘You cannot do that in Thailand’.

Mr.Poer was offered the customary full right of reply. He declined. He would be breaching conditions, he said.
I declined to make the removal he suggested as actually the major point of the story was that all newspapers in Pattaya laundered his name at the request of a ‘higher power’.

There is the major question of accountability at police press conferences.

As he has put his hands up to being the inventor of the ‘Beaverbong’ and put his own picture up on the net to promote it I do not know why his is so concerned. If of course, the drugs and gun, were added to make the case look worse of course, not beyond the realms of possibility, then those cases might concern him. He will not say himself.
So I am however happy to point out that he was acquitted of all charges, and that he does not own the websites where he places his porn, except Beaverbong of course, which of course he links to ‘Thai girls wild’, Thai Porn, Thainee, Lulusexbomb, Thaiteentussinee, Tailynn, and Asian Creampies.

I am also happy to point out that he invented the beaverbog over ten  years ago but it was not patented until four years ago.
