BRYAN FLOWERS & ‘THE DARK SIDE OF PARADISE’
BRIT EXPOSED AFTER UNDER-AGED SEX TRAFFICKING CASE IN THAILAND CALLS ON EX-CON, WANTED SEX TRAFFICKER & FRAUDSTERS FOR HELP
The Night Wish Files XVI

BUT SO FAR ONLY TWO ‘WISE GUYS’ HAVE ANSWERED HIS CALL
British sex trade boss Bryan Flowers has called on a motley crew of fraudsters, and hustlers and pimps to help him avenge investigations into his activities in the Thai tourism sex destination of Pattaya.
It comes after an under-aged sex trafficking case led to jail sentences for his wife and three of his staff and anger that his self-promoted public image as ‘your every day regular global entrepreneur’ may have taken a knock.

And he has been inviting those who have been exposed on this site to help avenge him.
But so far only two have come forward, Australian Douglas Shoebridge whom Thai Immigration police are holding a warrant for sex trafficking, and the second Niels Colov, a ‘rehabilitated’ former member Copenhagen’s underworld, who did jail time for pimping, among other offences.
Flowers, the biggest foreign sex bar controller in the Thai resort of Pattaya, made the ‘generational revenge’ threat in a ‘Blogger’ post angered by the publication here of the ‘Night Wish Files.’
The Night Wish Files are a series of stories written from documents and communications within Flowers’ ‘Night Wish group’ between him and a group of investors and foreign staff controlling 25-30 bars in Soi 6, in Pattaya.
This is a hardcore street of bar-brothels, sometimes prone to violent clashes, which featured in The BBC documentary Thailand -The Dark Side of Paradise.

The documents were handed over by a Canadian investor Adam Howell, who had invested some US$467,000 in the enterprise, and said he had been defrauded.
Save a Thai girl for under US$500
These documents revealed how Flowers and his wife operated the so called ‘company.’ His wife was responsible for recruiting and paying off police, immigration officers, and local officials, monthly, while he bought the bars, made the bar rules, organising the fees sex tourists would have to pay him for sex, in or outside the premises, and even to ‘rescue’ the girls from their plight.

He was also exposed as the owner of sexually crude websites such as ‘Jizzflicker.com’ and ‘BeltsofMongering’, which hailed Andrew Mountbatten Windsor as the King of Sex Tourists.
Saved himself for half a million $$- ?
But what probably angered him most was documentary evidence of his claimed collusion with judges and police, backed up by voice recordings, showing that he had claimed to have paid 11.5 million baht out ‘due to corrupt police’ which included, bails for his wife and some, but not all, of the defenants – and still expected to pay another 3.5 million more – totalling 15 million baht (US$467,250).

Publicly he had argued that the ‘Flirt’ bar had been set up by an American anti-human trafficking NGO – The Exodus Road, whose American members, he said, had slept with prostitutes, and bribed a member of staff to take on a 16-year-old girl. That was a scenario difficult to imagine.
Flowers loudly denied any responsibility though he had admitted countless times in YouTube videos that he ran the Night Wish Group, and what it was. And it is normal for the bosses of of bars where under-aged sex workers are involved to be prosecuted and jailed.
Despite his denials about his control of the ‘Flirt Bar’ in the video above, while checking the bar out after buying the lease, he tells how his wife recruits the girls for the Night Wish Group, and is undecided as to whose name in whicbh to put it.
He showed no remorse after his British bar manager, and two women ‘cashiers’ were jailed for 21 years for traffficking a 16-year-old into the sex trade. He had gone abroad three days before the judgments and sentences.

But his Thai wife Punnipa was acquitted of all trafficking charges and sentenced to just three years for running an illegal prostitution business -and immediately given bail to appeal.
That was a good result. He escaped charges himself. His wife was free. Her appeal has been paid for.
And if she does not win her appeal Bryan Flowers has offered a get out of jail service both on YouTube and Facebook.

Get out of a Thai jail service
In the You Tube video (now unlisted) he told how he got a friend out of a 21 year sentence on drugs charges for 800,000 baht That’s peanuts compared to what he says he had already spent.

On Facebook he said he could do it for 300,000 Thai baht up front. And the balance? “But if the money is not not available the prisoner cannot go back.”

No charges for hidden ownership, illegally employing foreigners with no work permits on education visas?
No charges at all were brought for illegally putting the business in the hands of a Thai nominee, his wife’s brother. (His wife only confessed to being a boss when Anti-Trafficking Police (ATIP) had discovered that all income went to her bank account.)
No charges were brought for illegally employing a foreigner as a bar manager (Briton) against Thai labour laws, and on an Education Visa, against immigraton laws.
The same system applied in most of his bars with tacit approval of local police and authorities.
But long before the trial was completed last July he issued a statement to investors saying they should thank his team for saving them from human trafficking. The only people who went down were just minions.

“I will torture you”
His ‘generational revenge’ began with agents hired from the fiverr.com site. to attack this site.

Attempts were made to flood the author’s social media with porn and these were followed by DMCA (Digitial Millenium Copyright Act) notices claiming he had ownership of the images, such as Night Wish Group internal documents, and statements by him.
These failed as the DMCA is American and this site it not hosted in the U.S.A.
Roasted by UK Police
Then came his attempts to sue and make a police complaint. These two actions also failed.
Oddly, in the digital police complaint he was joined by Douglas Shoebridge an Australian wanted in Thailand for trafficking African women to the sex trade, who I have recently written about.

The interview could not have lasted more than 20 minutes. Soon Flowers was to be told to ‘f off’, no case to answer presented politely as ‘No further action’. Flowers had been roasted by his own history and the fact that I was seen to be conducting a legitimate journalistic investigation and in regard to Shoebridge I played the videotape from one of his victims.
This left no choice for Flowers than to take civil libel action. Under U.K. law libel it is not a criminal offence. And the character of the complainant is taken into account. This could cost him over £100,000.
I subsequently got a generic unsigned letter of threatened legal action from a legal firm which advertises ‘take-downs’ on the net. I replied asking them to give me a name of the lawyer to respond to. No reply.
Then coincidentally more DMCA notices came in.
Flowers was claiming ownership, of among others, the following. ‘Can you bang a virgin for us, please’ and ‘Can you look after a girl until she is 18?’

These now provided more convincing court evidence supporting claims by Howell that Flowers was farming out his new recruits to investors and senior staff of the Night Wish Group.
And Flowers was helping himself to the fresh ones first.

I duly sent them off to Flowers’ U.K. ‘lawyers’. Discussing the case the firm would have been obliged to bring this to his attention, and, even without them, warn him of the potential negative consequences ol taking ill-thought out legal action, and what evidence could be brought against him. Flowers pulled out.
Can you you send me a fat ladyboy?
That’s when the smear-hub attacks He had set up dozens of hate websites created in attempt to character attack the author and called on readers to harass me, giving out my email and telephone number.
He’d done this before with the Exodus Road and several of his enemies in Pattaya, even ex-staff.
I glanced at some of the sites but I couldn’t be bothered to wade through them all. But I sat and waited for the reaction. Nothing at all. No nasty phone calls.
But finally I did get one call from a man with a Midlands accent: “Can you send me a fat ladyboy?”. “Pardon?” He repeated it. Then |I replied: “Sure. Tell me where you are?” He clicked off.
But then Flowers posted a link to a site www.victimsofdrummond.com on his secret ‘by invitation members Only‘ Soi 6 forum on his Pattaya-Addicts.com website.
It clicked. He had claimed ‘generational revenge’ and he would get together with other ‘victims’ I had written about. But I had disregarded it. But now I saw almost incredulously that he had actually drawn up a list and convinced two people to step forward, who were on the list.
They were Shoebridge, who had joined in with the failed police complaint (above) and Niels Colov, President of the Pattaya Expats Club!”

I had remembered getting a letter threatening legal action from Colov a few weeks ago. But I was still waiting for a lawyers letter. Colov is a former Danish underworld figure, who, reinvented himself in Pattaya after doing jail time in Copenhagen for pimping and other offences,
He was good at it and he rose to become Chief of the Pattaya Foreign Police Volunteers, and President of the Pattaya Rotary Club and had got himself photographed with civic dignataries and minor royalty.
But in a Thai context that’s not so good.
The next Rotary President Richard Haughton was involded part of a £200 milion fraud (see Colov below) and I’ve picked off people from the local Masonic Lodge, Lions Club, Optimists International, and Chamber of Commerces in Thailand on a regular basis – and identified them as ‘child sex offenders, boiler room fraudsters, other financial and property fraudsters, and of course Drew Noyes (Lions Club) photographed with Colov, above – a convicted extortonist.

Photos above taken from my Facebook page, shot during filming documentary on Gary Glitter in Cambodia.

Finally here is that list, with Flowers comments, followed by my REALITY CHECK. Click on the individual names to find the stories I have written on each.
BRYAN FLOWERS’ WISE GUYS

Victim 1 Drew Noyes, Wilmington, N.Carolina, USA
Convicted of extortion in Pattaya, fake lawyer, first exposed by Wilmington Star, North Carolina. Fictitious biography

Flowers: “Perhaps Drummond’s most infamous target, Noyes has been hammered in over twenty-four articles accusing him of running fake legal services, extortion, and scams in Pattaya. Coverage dates back to 2010, including mockery of his “Pattaya Times” newspaper as a fraud. Critics note this stemmed from Noyes’ libel suits against Drummond, which Andrew Drummond were (sic) convicted for and ran from the rest.”
REALITY CHECK: Not my most ‘infamous target’ by any means. Drew Walter Noyes fled Thailand while on bail and having been sentenced by Pattaya Court to two years in jail for extortion, a crime which had been exposed on this site. He fled back while on bail to North Carolina, promising to return. He did not and was later banned for life. Noyes claimed to be a lawyer but was not, more of a snake oil salesman. His autobiography like Flowers’ was an invention. The claims I ‘ran’ from court cases, often repeated by Flowers are false. I left Thailand after my eldest reach school age, and to write more freely in the wake of boiler room activity in Thailand, reported in the Guardian, Bangkok Post, and Sydney Morning Herald. There were two outstanding cases but the plaintiffs Noyes and Goudie had been arrested for fraud and extortion, respectively. When Noyes put up a fake story in the name of a Thai girlfriend she was found guilty of libel and given a suspended sentence. Before arriving in Thailand Noyes had several felony convictions and was exposed in a series by Scott Gold in the Wilmington Star, who described him as a ‘man of myriad lies’.
Drew Noyes was friendly with Niels Colov. They even travelled together to the Philippines together to discuss doing business there.

Noyes recruited girls from the Philippines for his ‘One Stop Service Centre in Pattaya. They believed his CV! It was a disaster (story in link). And he had similar interests to Flowers (below)

Similarities: Both Flowers and Noyes ran hostess bars in Pattaya, both created fictitious biographies, both created anti-drummond websites.
Drew Noyes, and other Flowers ‘victims’ here feature in this video on Pattaya influencers ten plus years ago. Plus ca change.
Victim 2 Bryan Flowers, Coventry, U.K.
Pimp, posing as global entrepreneur

Flowers: “A focal point of recent vitriol, with at least 17 articles in 2025 alone, (as well as 84 videos) including the “NIGHT WISH FILES” series. Accusations range from operating a “prostitution syndicate” and “sex-for-sale empire” to fraud, Ponzi schemes, and human trafficking. Drummond’s language is inflammatory, calling Flowers a “pimp” and “meat-grinder” operator, often without proof.
REALITY CHECK: Easier to click on his link. But briefly, Flowers has repeatedly claimed to be the boss of the Night Wish Group in Pattaya, which in Pattaya claim to control at its peak35 bars-brothels (bars with bedrooms for sexual trysts with female hostesses) but never actually put his name on anything. because he did not want to go to jail, as stated. The Night Wish company was dissolved in 2017, but carried on as a ‘structured group of three or more individuals who collaborate to carry out criminal activities for gain, often using planning, coordination, and sometimes corruption or intimidation to sustain their operations,’ the very definition of an organised crime group.

At the time of the raid on his ‘Flirt bar’ all the bosses, Flowers, CEO, Scott Shulz, from Melbourne, and Vagillis Poulios (Greek, Australian) General Manager, with the exception of Punnipa Flowers were foreign.
They and the investors took their money in cash, or in cases where investors were abroad a proxy took it for them.
Some twenty of his bars had British managers working illegally on education visas without work permits. They had no control over the recruitment and were merely ordered to chat up customers, sell the girls on behalf of Flowers, and put the girls’ photos up on the bars’ Facebook pages.
Documents supplied by Adam Howell, show that the Night Wish Group was a ‘meat-grinder’ operation with Flowers selecting the ‘fresh recruits’ for himself and offering them to senior staff and investors – these included a virgin and a girl too young to be put into the bars. Turnover of recruits was 57 per cent a month. Many left on the first day when they found out what was required.
Proof of pimping comes from Flowers himself in his many YouTube videos (most now unlisted but saved) and in admissions to other Vloggers as well as memos by him to investors. No need to say more. Click his name in the title.
Victim 3 Niels Colov, Copenhagen, Denmark

Flowers – ‘Portrayed as Pattaya’s “Mr. Big” in the sex industry, with repeated stories mocking his papal honors, police ties, and alleged criminal networks. At least 5-7 articles from 2015-2025, allegedly paid for by rivals after a business dispute.’

REALITY CHECK: Niels Storm Colov was not involved in the sex industry in Pattaya, as Flowers suggests. He was convicted of coercion, pimping, and vandalism in Copenhagen, Denmark where he was part of the ‘Vesterbro’ mob in the Danish underworld He was jailed and immediately afterwards came to Thailand and Pattaya where he ran ‘Hamburger Denmark.’ He rose to be President of the local Rotary Club and Chief of the local Police Foreign Volunteers, while at the same time entertaining members of Denmark’s underworld on their frequent visits, while I was entertaining the Danish journalists following them.

Colov, with his Pattaya People Media Group, was used by British fraudster David Ames in marketing housing projects of the Harlequin Group in Thailand, most of which, apart from their start up site, ended up as duds, ripping off buyers for hundreds of millions. (see video below).

Another Pattaya Rotary Club President Richard Haughton (left) handled sales of the imaginary properties for Ames through the company TPME,
Colov has also promoted himself as the holder of the UNESCO cross and a Papal Honour and more recently declared himself the Honorary Consul of Articlands. UNESCO and the Vatican are unaware of such awards. There is no such thing as the UNESCO Cross. I could not reach Arcticlands for comment.

Victim 4 Douglas Shoebridge Perth, West Australia
Wanted for sex trafficking women from East Africa to Thailand. Discredited in the appeal of Luke Cook, his wife, and American Tyler Gerard, who had been sentenced to death for drugs trafficking on his testimony.

Flowers: “Douglas Shoebridge – Obsessively targeted in 4-6 pieces, accused of false testimony in a drug case leading to a death sentence, with implications of trafficking and criminal payoffs. No evidence is provided, framing him as a “villain” in ongoing smears.”
REALITY CHECK: A warrant for the arrest of Douglas Peter Shoebridge for trafficking women from East Africa to prostitution in Thailand, was issued by Bangkok Criminal Court in February 2019 and remains valid until 2034 and was still valid when checked this week. His Tanzanian wife Sara Musa Chitanda, with whom he was jointly charged was jailed for four years. The same evidence was presented in court against Flowers who was named as the syndicates ‘Big Daddy’. But he was absent having fled Thailand in April 2019.
In a separate case Shoebridge gave the lead evidence against Australian Luke Cook and his Thai wife for drugs trafficking. They were sentenced to death but released and acquitted after the Thai Supreme Court held that Shoebridge’s evidence ‘held no preponderance.’ (Scroll down to Fake News and the Pattaya News)

Shoebridge had been acting as a ‘controlled informant’ for a rogue Thai police unit the leader of which, Lt. Colonel Dullayapat Dechapornyasin (left) a Thai Special Branch officer, who was later transferred to an inactive post. This unit was targeting foreigners but more for financial shakedowns than court convictions. This may explain Shoebridge’s convenient escape from Thailand.
This investigation was backed by paperwork, and witness and victims’ statements, including active New Zealand Police who conducted the sex trafficking investigation on behalf of Lift International, and the principal court witness, whose testimony convicted Chitanda.
Victim No 5 Brian Goudie, born Goldie Falkirk, Scotland.
Serial swindler, jailed for six years in Australia, sentenced to three years for fraud in Thailand. Still active.

Flowers: Brian Goudie – Labeled a “serial con man” and fake barrister in 5+ articles spanning 2015-2024, detailing his jailing and “rebirth.” Coverage includes fraud against elderly victims, presented as fact without balance. However. Brian Goudie does have some convictions, a lot of it was harassment in a smear campaign.
REALITY CHECK: Brian Goudie born Goldie, posed as a British barrister and former Captain in the Royal Marines. FACT: He was jailed for three years for defrauding an American elderly woman from Madison, Wisconsin, out of circa US$250,000 for defending her son and paying for his release from prison. He did neither.
He had quit Scotland accused of defrauding the Bangkok of Scotland out of investing in a phony company, was jailed for six years in Australia for defrauding a mining company.

Facts are supported by convictions and arrest warrants. Smear campaign. No – a warning to potential victims. He fled Thailand like Drew Noyes after depositing cash with the Pattaya Court to leave temporarily while on bail.
He has since been accused of fraud in Scotland again, and I’ve had calls from a Swiss citizen accusing him of theft of precious jewellery. Goudie’s story was told in the series ‘Serial Swindlers’ on the Crime & Investigation Channel.
THE MASTERMIND CONMAN WHO FOOLED EVERYONE
Above link to Crime & Investigation Channel video ‘Brian Goldie – Swindler Scot, showing the author tracking Goudie/Goldie
Victim 6 Scott Schulz, Melbourne, VA, Australia

Flowers: Accused of fraud and being dragged into cases that didn’t involve him, paid for by Adam Howell.
REALITY CHECK: Scott Schulz, from Melbourne, was Bryan Flowers, chief operating officer of the Night Wish Group, and whatever form it now takes. He has been a lead instigator in several Bitcoin scam launches – which defrauded victims out of hundreds of hundreds of thousands of dollars. These include the New Dawn Fund, MDX Malta Digital Exchange, and Lendefi. The Australian Securities and Investment Commission closed the New Dawn Fund. His co-conspirator in the fraud, Australian Robin Dey, jailed in Australia for 10 years for manslaughter is now scamming out of Chiang Mai, Thailand, on a digital nomad visa. Schulz defrauded Adam Howell out of 100,000 Euros in the MDX scam and wrote a letter of apology, but did not get his cash back.
Victim 7 David Ames, Basildon, Essex, U.K.
Jailed Property Fraudster

Flowers –Featured in 3-5 articles since 2016 on his Harlequin Property scam, including arrest warrants and fraud in the Caribbean.
REALITY CHECK: Featured in many articles by Andrew Drummond about fraud in Thailand and Pattaya particularly. David Ames is now behind bars.
David Ames was jailed for 12 years in 2022 for fraud after the British Serious Fraud Office took up the case in which he defrauded would be purchasers out of over £200 million on similar projects in the Caribbean. He got together with Niels Colov, who was rewarded for publicisng his Harlequin housing projects in Pattaya, which like those in the Caribbean also crashed defrauding hundreds of people.
Victim 8 Kurt Svendheim (Norway)
Property Fraudster

Flowers – ‘Targeted for property fraud and scam-funded lifestyles in three articles around 2015-2016. There was (sic) no convictions.‘
REALITY CHECK: Kurt Svendheim followed on from David Ames. In Pattaya. Thailand, he set up New Nordic building hundreds of apartments in Pattaya. Like other projects in Brazil and Bulgaria it was a Ponzi scheme which went bust.

He defrauded hundreds of individuals, including Norway’s Hjemeland Bank, which he brought down.
He has fled all his projects in Thailand, where some 4 billion baht cannot be found in bankruptcy proceeings in Bangkok, and is believed to be currently in the United Arab Emirates with a lavish lifestyle. He is the principal subject of the book ‘Sviket in Hjemland’ – The Betrayal in Homeland.’ Victims Group in Thailand Justice-New-Nordic
Victim No 9 Leon Owild, Copenhagen, Denmark
Smuggling cigarettes to smuggling drugs, jail time 14 years

Flowers:‘Linked to Pattaya’s “criminal fraternity” in 3+ pieces from 2015-2016, with gangster associations and expat mourning mocked.’

I never wrote any specific stories about Leon Owild – ‘one of the most legendary figures in Danish criminal history’ except reporting his death commemoration amd and links with Colov. He is not around to answer Flowers’ call. He, and Lonne Fristrup Jensen (left) ‘ Copenhagen most hardened gangster ‘ and Rene Larsen were ‘legendary’ members of the Danish ‘Vesterbo’ underworld and friends of Niels Colov. I did write stuff on Jensen and Larsen for the Danish papers. They were both arrested in Thailand and were either extradited or escorted willingly back to Denmark. Lonne had spent 31 years in jail for pimping, drugs trafficking, and violence and has a daughter in Pattaya. His drugs trafficking charges related to heroin from Thailand. Rene Larsen was also a drugs trafficker.

Victim 10 James Guido Eglitis

Flowers: “Portrayed as a fugitive involved in murder plots and kidnapping in 2-4 articles from 2014.”
REALITY CHECK: At the time I was writing about James Eglitis he was on the run from police in Queensland, Australia, where he fled bail pending trial on charges of kidnapping, two counts of deprivation of liberty, robbery with violence, impersonating an Australian Federal Police officer, and possessing restricted items – two sets of handcuffs and an extendable baton.
Shortly aftewards he was arrested extradited and convicted in Australia. He was not involved in a murder plot as Flowers seems to claim I said. He was interfering into the suspicious death, suspected murder, of a journalist friend of mine.
