THREATS – BRIBERY – AND REVENGE AS ‘POUNDLAND MAFIA’ MAN DEFENDS SEX TRAFFICKING 16-YEAR-OLD CASE

THE NIGHT WISH FILES PART III – THE VOICEMAILS
Bryan Flowers, a British media mogul and sex business controller in the Thai resort city of Pattaya, went on a verbal rampage and campaign to obtain his justice after police raided one of his bars.
As four members of staff of his ‘Night Wish Group’ faced charges of human trafficking, and trafficking a 16-year-old girl into prostitution, Flowers, known either as the ‘Soi 6 Mafia’ or ‘Poundland Mafia’ boss, furiously lashed out.
– calling the victim a ‘f..king whore’ and the police ‘corrupt’, and making it his life’s mission to destroy an anti-human trafficking NGO.
In a voice memo to foreign investors in his Night Wish Group Flowers said he had contacted the American NGO ‘The Exodus Road’ to tell them they were saving nobody. They were all shouting Hallelujah about nothing, he said.
“I told them she’s out clubbing. She’s paying Thai guys for sex. Now they’ve got her in home because they don’t want her to change her statement.
“We’re trying everything to contact her. I’m wasting every hour of my time trying to contact this lady, trying to contact her friends.
“Now her friend says the charity have her (the NGO Exodus Road) because they don’t want her to change her statement. So they’re going to keep her for the next 60 days.
“This is a big whore, this lady is 16 but she’s a f..king whore! She’s sh@gged million of guys. She wanted to sh@g guys, but they have forced her to say..all this bullshit. We’re trying everything to contact her.”
Flowers then went on to describe how he posed as an investigative journalist and went on to the Colorado Springs newspaper to tell them ‘Exodus Road’ were ‘scammers’. But they never replied to him, because he gave a false email address.
He said he might have to leave the country for a few weeks. If anyone goes ot jail I want to make it my life’s mission to destroy this charity.
The Exodus Road, an American anti-sex trafficking NGO, is not affiliated to any religious grouping. Nor is it involved in the trial of Flower’s wife Punnipa Flowers, Will Bilton, manager of the Flirt Bat in Pattaya Soi 6, Jaramnya Deepair (Mama Kwang) the mamsan/cashier, and Saifon
He threatened to get the cashier of one of his bars jailed after she admitted to police – the obvious – that the young women ‘hostesses’ had sex with foreign customers in rooms above his bars.
He discussed changing witness statements and his inability to track down the ‘victim’ and claimed that judges had arranged to sort the case.
Finlly he accused anti-trafficking police of corruption, even circulating a photo of the officer he alleged was crooked.
But then he said he handed over 11.5 million baht (US$343,7450) attributing the high cost of dealing with the charges as, due to ‘corrupt police’ to settle the case, telling his investors that he should thank ‘the team’ for averting disaster.
All this is contained in internal messages and voice messages in The Night Wish Files. That he should criticise Thai police for being corrupt is not surprising. He’ll use any weapon in his arsenal including ‘hiring take-down agents from the Punjab to flood me with ‘porn’. Thai police of all ranks have been repeatedly exposed as being involved in corrupt practices – many involving Pattaya.
But Flowers freely admitted paying Police and Immigration Police in Pattaya for privileges on a much wider scale than is customary. Anyone running a bar in Pattaya offering women has to pay monthly fees to city, tourist, and immigration police, to ensure a trouble free life. In Pattaya with Flowers it looked much more like a partnership. And Flowers considered himself a master in the trade even down to giving advice in a Stickman* interview.

In his clean-up Flowers asked ‘Stickman’ to take this interview down. In the same interview Stickman had asked Flowers if he ever intended to return to England. ‘No. In England I’d be nothing -just an electrician’.
And he himself offered a ‘Get out of Jail in Thailand Service’ on Facebook for only 300,000 Thai baht about US$9000 up front. Though he added ominously that if the balance was not available ‘the prisoner cannot go back -I hope people understand what this means.” He says you’ve got to know the bigwigs.
And, perhaps amazingly in a YouTube video he confessed to paying 800,000 baht to get a Norwegian investor out of prison in Bangkok, where he faced 21 years for drugs offences. But his reasons were not entirely altruistic. Flowers owed the Norwegian 1 million baht. He said he had borrowed the money to invest in another person’s project, which had failed. Reading between the lines this was probably Flowers’ project – but he rarely admits failure. And Pattaya’s ubiquitous foreign Vloggers, who seem out of touch with the real world, fawn on YouTube over his success.

Pattaya Vloggers are in awe of Flowers’ success
In fact he made a profit out of the deal. He picked up his friend, whom he prononces as ‘Kanok’ but more likely Knud, from the Bangkok jail, and gave him some money to head for the Malaysian border. Flowers said he had bargained the price down from 1.8 million and he got three of Kanok/Knud’s friends to split the cost with him. But he managed to get his friends car for 600,000 when it was worth 1.2 million – so he came out on top – Flowers’ ‘Art of the Deal’.
Bryan Stephen Flowers, 43, from Leyland Road, Chapelfields, Coventry controls the Pattaya News group of newspapers which include the Bangkok News, and Phuket Express. These are published in Thai and English.
His real business is ‘The Night Wish Group’ which controls just under 20-30 bars in Pattaya Soi 6, a downmarket sex bar area of Pattaya but with a high turnover of foreign ‘tricks’. From the profits of Night Wish and cash from investors, he has invested in the Rage Fight Academy and resort – a Thai kick-boxing school, a legal firm, property company, a small hotel, a signage company and a planned world-wide prostitution directory – adultworld.ai – with website registered in Antigua. He has in the region of 100 websites registered in his own name and aliases – one of which (now no longer used) was ‘lamok’ – Thai for pervert. Recently, he has spent days whitewshing his past.

Punnipa Flowers
The leaks come as Flowers’ Thai wife Punippa Flowers, 36, from Chock Chai, Nakorn Ratchasima, and the British manager of one of his bars, William Bilton, also known as Reece, 31, from Barrow-in-Furness, and two other Thai members of staff stand trial in Bangkok on multiple charges of human trafficking, sex trafficking, and trafficking a 16-year old into prostitution.

Will Bilton
The two other members of staff were Jaranya Keepair, the cashier/mamasan known as Mama Kwang, and Saifon Kanyanyiam, her deputy. The raid was, W as he said, a disaster for his company
But as an SEO expert most of that is of his own making and that of the ‘new journalists’ in the Thai resort of Pattaya – the ubiquitous Pattaya Vloggers.

The Night Wish Files’ also show Flowers showing money as he fought to defend his wife, Punippa, nicknamed ‘Dun’, Will Bilton,, Jayanra Keepair, (Mama Kwang) and Saifon Khanyanyiam in the human trafficking, and sex-trafficking a minor.
Voice tapes reveal an immediate conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. On tape Flowers gives a verbal account of progress.
Initially he has nothing to fear he says. “Police have no no evidence. The NGO involved obviously needs money. Other bar owners may have rolled over, but we said no. “But I may still have to pay a judge or a dirty cop even though we are the righteous ones in this case.”
Flowers says he’s more worried, He said the only evidence they have is the statement of the cashier who snitched. “The Exodus Road found a girl in our bar. She was sixteen and used a friends ID card. We’ve got another lady to say she gave her the ID. We are going to get the cashier to take her statement away (she said the girls were having sex upstairs) We have a judge now who’s going to help us.
‘We are going to have to meet him in a few days and pay. Vag (general manager) has been panicking. Dun (Punippa) may be on probation for four or five years. We have judges in Ratchada who are willing to help us. We have police in Soi 9 (Pattaya) who are willing to help us. because if we get a problem they do.”
Flowers is also messaging to say that he believes he has been set up by the cashier ‘Mama Kwang’. He has to be sweet to her at the moment but his plan is to get her in jail.
Here Flowers claims that the 16-year-old was paying Thai guys for sex and was out clubbing. He repeated that to Exodus Road. “They have got her hidden away because they don’t want her to change her evidence, so they’re gonna keep her for the next 60 days. I am wasting every hour of my time trying to contact her. Her friends say the charity have her.
She’s paying Thai guys for sex. She’s out clubbing. She’s 16. But she’s a f..king whore. She’s shagged millions of guys. She wanted to shag guys. I contacted the Colorado Springs newspaper and said I was an investigative journalist. I said these guys (Exodus Road) are scammers. No-one replied to me, but I was using a fake email address. Vag’s in a mess. My wife is in a mess. Now I might have to leave the country for a few weeks. If anyone goes to jail I am going to make it my life’s mission to destroy Exodus Road. I’ll pay private investigators to follow these f..kers!”
Here Bryan Flowers says the police forced the girl to say the cashier forced her to have sex. “We cannot pay money at the moment because the charity have paid the police or have put pressure on the police. Police can probably help us later. The cashier has snitched everyone up. Vag has run off twice now. He’s paranoid. They keep showing my photo, this Kwang lady says I am the boss. Dun and I are staying well away from Soi 6.
“Now they are saying I am money laundering because because money was going through Dun’s credit card. Basically I looked at Exodus Road. I messaged saying I was an investigative journalist and want onto linked in. I messaged the two founders. I told them they were not doing any good in Thailand paying for people to be convicted.
In tape five Flowers tries to recruit one of the investors to start harrassing the Exodus Road and their families. “Tell the Americans who are paying for this charity that Exodus Road staff were mucking around in brothels in Thailand. Find their families tell them what their husbands are doing in Thailand. Tell them Exodus Road is racket. Tell them they’re ‘fucking scumbags. The Thais don’t give a f..k about the girls being under-aged’.
Meanwhile Floers continued to harrass Exodus Road. He managed to get a site up in Russia called ‘TheExodusRoadTruth.com. Here, he claimed Exodus Road operated by
“Visiting open-air beer bars looking for girls that used fake/friends’ IDs to get bar work and making them say they were forced to have sex.
“Then, when unable to find trafficked girls, they try to plant 16 or 17- year-olds using an older sister’s ID in unsuspecting bars to justify the charity’s existence.
“So, the only girls that they are rescuing are girls that they are planting themselves to continue collecting donations from unsuspecting good people.’
One improbable possibility seemed as ridiculous as the other.
And here is Flowers showing the Exodus Road site to a well-known blogger, who declined to draft the story Flowers wanted.
And then some six months after the Flirt raid he says he has found a judge who will try and finish the case for good.

The 100,000 refers to his wife and Will Bilton in jail in Bangkok.
But it was going to get painful.
Despite the pain Flowers in December 2023 asked his foreign investors to thank him for saving the group from disaster.

That’s actually four disasters
The other ‘disasters’ Flowers is talking about involved, apart from the actual Covid shutdown, his plan to monetise his sex workers during Covid. He put them on webcam, advertised them on Facebook and invited viewers to buy them a virtual drink. Facebook did not like what was happening and banned him – and PayPal blocked the payments, on the grounds of immoral earnings. He claims PayPal cheated him out of £136,000. He explained on ‘Chit-Chat with Andrew & Andy’ – a Bangkok based Youtube show – that whenever customers rang the bell the girls would drink from special phallic glasses he had made. Chuckles all round.
Flowers had twelve bars in 2017 which was when his business really took off. Flowers liquidated the company while he was in the middle of trying to hook Adam Howell, as an investor. Having succeeded he proceeded to double his bars to 254. There are now eight investors with two remaining completely anonymous.
The Foreign Investors

The Foreign Investors L-R Adam Howell, Canadian 15 million baht; Per Gunnar Larsen, Swedish, now deceased, seven million baht (also properties in name of Punnipa Flowers); Demitre Stavrides (Australian Greek) twenty million baht, and Scott Kevin, five million, standing for unnamed investor.
All the deals had been done with a gentleman’s handshake. But was Flowers’ a gentleman? Was he really the convincing part of an ‘Honest John’ he played on his YouTube channel? Soon other foreign investors congratulated each other on such a good deal. They could forget about their pensions. They were set up for life!
The investors sat back and took their monthly dividends which enabled them to live comfortably in Pattaya without having to work or touch their savings. The controlling investors decided how the company ran. To others it may have seemed like a disaster. The controllers controlled the money but put in the least.
The Controlling Investors

. Keith Flowers (dad) 1 million baht, Bryan Flowers, 1 million baht, Scott Schulz, 5 million baht. Keith Flowers also paid for a large stake of his son’s first bar ‘The Night Wish’.
The concept of having Thai managers was outdated. All the businesses were in the names of Thai nominees, up country relatives and friends of Flowers’ wife, who were sent a token income monthly. For tax purposes it was arranged that no bar would make more than 1,8 million baht profit a year – while some bars were bringing in that amount per week.
And investors were each paid 80,000 Thai baht a week in dividends – (320,000 pcm -US$9,600 – UK£7,164) And these payments were made in cash in weekly envelopes holding 1000-baht notes.

The Night Wish liquidation
But in going off grid Flowers was going full outside the law.
Selling Visas
Previously Flowers had been obtaining Education visas for his staff and investors, by using an agency in Pattaya, who had arrangements with Thai language schools. But Flowers wanted to undercut their business and create something that was so Thai, that it would speed his way onto citizenship.
This was the Rage Fight Academy – a kickboxing school – the epitome of Thainess. Now he could provide Thai Education visas not only to his foreign staff. but he could also give sex-tourists who visited his bars, extended periods of what he termed ‘mongering’.
The cost was 45,000 Thai baht for nine months and 48,000 for a year.
‘You don’t need to fight or get beaten up. That’s extra.’
The ‘education’ is not included in the price, which is five times what the Thai government charges. And his school will vouch that their visa buyers are attending.
He got local immigration and police to agree with that arrangement, but when police come down from Bangkok, he gets a tip off, either from Pattaya Police, or Robert, his own man in the Central Investigation Bureau, (Police Lieutenant Niphon Phothalay).

Night Wish Group Christmas Party in Pattaya back in 2019 at the Robin Hood pub and restaurant. Many are on education visas working as Night Wish bar managers – ironically taking from the poor and giving to the rich. Most of these people have been identified. Some have left NWG but remain in Pattaya.
Banned from advertising Night Wish on Facebook he merely used different Night Wish Face book accounts, and advertised in his own media, and other social media such as Telegram.
He also set up pages on Facebook, such as Pattaya HR which describes itself as an employment agency and shows endless pictures of young sex workers showing their payment receipts.

An old ad from the Pattaya Hr Centre – the rates have gone up. Significantly more than they would get at Thai Foodland.
The ‘cashiers’ are offered income of not less than 30K-50,000 baht a month. But in the Night Wish FB Messenger Recruitment Group it is admitted that more than 57 per cent almost immediately quit.
Many young women are only told what they else they must do after they arrive from the country. They may have no other means to live or are ashamed to return without having something to show their parents.
Those who do can earn over 100,000 Thai baht a month, and many adapt well, but it c an be an experience that will live with them for life.
THREATS
Bryan Flowers has made a number of threats over the the human and sex trafficking arrests and subsequent stories on this site.
As the tapes show he tried to get in touch with the victim with the purpose of getting her to change her evidence.
Apart from threatening to have his cashier jailed he has circulated her photograph and has indicated that he wants to find her.
Adam Howell had to move location after he had to scare off intruders at his last location. He believes they have a connection with the Night Wish Group.
On a private blog he has accused Howell of being a drugs using drunk who was cruel to his dog. (Howell contributed 10,000 a month to Soi Dog Rescue so assumes, Flowers is just trying to make the attack as hurtful as possible.) He does not touch Class A drugs., But he occasionally used to smoke weed, legal in Thailand. Flowers has invested in a cannabis business in Pattaya.
After I wrote a story breaking the news of the feud between Howell and Flowers Flowers made or rather commissioned 25 attacks on this site and on my back-up .news site. Most of these attacks were made by people hired from Isreli website fiverr.com.
One of the guys, or perhaps the same guy using different names and calling from Lahore in the Punjab sounded pretty desperate. But I was able to alert my net chain of command so to speak.
When I asked if he cold prove that he had been commissioned by Flowers he produced documents producing a false address for Flowers in the West Country and a various copyright claims on pictures. Bu my caller insisted he wanted the pictures of Flowers with police taken down.
“My client wants to remove the picture that is with the police. This news is completely defaming his business. He is your brother, you should tell your brother to remove this news”
Anyway in the same blog as he defamed Adam Howell he also defamed me. But I am an old hack and a bit thick skinned. He said I was conspiring to extort him with Howell (I did not know who Howell was at this time – just a name on a court sheet.) Or if I wasn’t I was being paid. He also said I ran from Thailand facing several charges of breaking the law.
“He was exiled because he faced several law suits if he came back. “
I do not face any court cases in Thailand. Readers of course followed my court cases while I was there brought by two people who were later convicted of extortion and fraud.
He also claimed I did not put the allegations to him. I have documentary evidence to show I did contact him.
However, due to his internet attacks, I am not giving him advanced warning. But if he has any legitimate corrections I will give him a right of reply. Flowers is an internet warrior.
