But the Foreign Entrepreneur Who Hid His Businesses Behind Thai Nominees Could Not Hide His Sordid Secret
And his law firm could not help. The British legal watchdog had exposed it as a scam.
A letter leaked from the core of the Thai Police force has caused fury after it warned a British ‘nightlife’ boss that he had been accused of offences involving indecent images of Thai children.
Instead of investigating the alleged crime and protecting the witness, police leaked the full text of the complaint to the businessman, prompting him to take down a secret Telegram account.
The businessman was Bryan Flowers, an online news boss and prominent figure in Thailand’s illegal but tolerated sex-tourism industry in the resort of Pattaya.
Flowers was known as ‘lamok’ (ลามก Thai slang for ‘dirty minded’ or ‘pervy’) as a moderator in his own crude internet sex-tourism forum.*
Flowers reacted by closing down his secret Telegram account, claiming it never existed, and then fabricating a British law firm which would be dealing with the matter.
“There is no such Telegram group. The claim is wholly fabricated.
If a ‘channel for child prostitution’ existed, Howell would have produced the channel name, the join link, member identities, message content, screenshots, or any other concrete artefact.
He has produced none of those things because none exist,” he wrote.
Howell was Adam Howell, a Canadian, the complainant, who had invested some US$460,000 in Flowers’ nightlife business, the Night Wish Group. He reacted furiously to the leak.
“I went to police headquarters and showed on Telegram how I had discovered his secret activity,” he said.
“I got out my phone and showed them the groups he was in, trading explicit videos of Thai children as young as five. Flowers’ account was still active.
“They (police) all shook their heads in disapproval. What they saw on the app was in Thai, they could not have mistaken what it was.”
Here (below) are scans of Bryan Flowers Telegram accounts. Considerable other material has been obtained including images. No laws have been broken in the process.
BRYAN FLOWERS’ CONTROVERISAL TELEGRAM ACCOUNTS
The letter, addressed to the Commander of the Anti-Human Trafficking Police Division, had been hand- delivered last August by Howell, who said he had been defrauded out of his investment in The Night Wish Group which ran 21 bars with rooms for sex in Soi 6, Pattaya Beach Road.
Howell, had gone to police for protection telling them that the Night Wish Group was a fake company, which was running as ‘an organised crime group’ involving, fraud, crypto scams, and money laundering. He signed off saying:
“Therefore, I submit this letter to the Commander of the Anti-Human Trafficking Division to order the investigation, arrest, and complete dismantling of Mr. Bryan’s criminal network, and the implementation of money-laundering measures against Mr. Bryan, so that society may be at peace and safe from crime; and I request protection from the intimidation by the aforementioned influential group.”

Howell, 44, from Saanichton, British Columbia, justified his organised crime group claim, showing how the company had been liquidated just as he bought into it in 2017 (DBD) while Flowers continued to operate the business illegally.
He used Thai nominees to hold the bar licences, even admitting in a YouTube interview that he did it because he did not want to go to jail. That had happened to another bar owner.
All the management figures and investors of the operation with the exception of Flowers’ wife. Punnipa, were foreign.
And while publicly boasting about his acquisitions in Thailand he got his lawyer to show they he did not own anything.
And for ten years Flowers illegally employed foreign tourists, mainly Brits, on Education visas as bar managers – selling the visas through the Rage Fight Academy in Pattaya, in which he had a shareholding through his Thai wife.
Millions of Thai baht were siphoned off monthly in cash in envelopes to foreign investors also living in Pattaya on Education visas arranged by Flowers.

Personal allegations against Bryan Flowers, 44, a former electrician from Coventry, included that he had created crude websites such as ‘Jizzflicker.com’ and ‘Belts of Mongering and that he shared the newly recruited women, describing them as ‘farm fresh meat’, around his investors and senior staff.
In private he was demeaning to the Thai people, said Howell. The Jizzflicker website (now relegated to archive.org) described Northeastern Thai women – most of his sex workers – as coming from ‘a place where husbands got drunk, beat their wives and fondled their daughters, while brothers shared their sisters around their friends.’
At the same time Flowers was hob-nobbing with the local dignitaries as the boss of the Pattaya News, for which he had been issued with a work permit as General Manager.
The latest allegation over Flowers’ alleged secret Thai language Telegram account – @somchaibusiness under the name (นักธุรกิจชาวอังกฤษ) English businessman – was explosive, not only because of its nature, but its damage to the Royal Thai Police, which historically has had a public relations problem relating to organised crime groups, most recently relating to alleged co-operation with cross border scam centres.
Fake Lawyers
It certainly panicked Flowers into publishing Howell’s letter online denouncing the secret Telegram account as a complete fabrication then taking a ‘smear website’* down after announcing that he was referring the matter to his British lawyers.
But his last British lawyers no longer represented him. And that firm (Cohen Davis) had warned him not to use their name as his legal advisor in any of his writings.
Flowers had announced his new British lawyers as a company called Defamation Guard Law, which had an address in ‘The Gherkin’ in London and was now guiding him in all his writings.
That firm was a fake, and was quickly followed by a scam warning from the UK legal watchdog the Solicitors Regulation Authority that Defamation Guard Law was, to paraphrase, an imaginary company.
Then Flowers’ denials disappeared as did the whole website, one of dozens* dedicated to attacking Howell, and this reporter Andrew Drummond, a retired British foreign correspondent covering southeast Asia, who had investigated Howell’s claims.
Was it because he broken the ‘omerta.’ by revealing he had a private business relationship with police?
The leak was, perhaps not such a tragedy for justice as Howell seems to believe.
As a precaution the file had been given to other agencies and to forces outside Thailand in the U.K, and United States, where the officers of the National Crime Agency, and the U.S. Homeland Security Child Exploitation Investigations Unit extend their enquiries internationally, cooperating with only ‘trusted’ foreign police officers.
A full report was sent to TICAC (Thailand Internet Crimes Against Children), part of Thai High Tech Crimes Police last year, including videos.
It was reported back they had completed a preliminary investigation and were waiting for a green light.That green light has yet to come. But TICAC is controlled by the CIB.
Flowers may be unaware that his history is saved, not only by investigators but, vital information by Telegram as well.
That previous scandal
Alleged Payments to Police and officials
The Night Wish Group had already been the subject of controversy, hitting local and international news in March 2023 (Daily Mail) when officers of the Anti-Human Trafficking Police Division (AHTD), of the Central Investigation Bureau raided one of Flowers’ 21 bars in a notorious lane in Pattaya called Soi 6 and arrested three people for trafficking an under aged girl into prostitution.
Subsequently an illegally employed British bar manager, William Bilton, and two Thai cashiers were each jailed for 21 years, provoking further local controversy over alleged scapegoating.
In December 2023 Flowers had written to his investors, asking his team for ‘saving the company’ from a series of disasters including human trafficking. As a result, dividends to investors would continue to be put on hold unless they each put in another three million baht US$89,079 each
The announcement that the ‘company’ had been saved from the traffcking charges came a full 18 months before a judge at Bangkok Criminal Court handed down judgment and sentences.
But it had been expensive, costing over 10 million Thai baht, and because he had been forewarned about the raid, they now had to pay police a lot more because of current legal issues and to ‘reinforce our protection.’
In a direct Facebook Messenger note to Adam Howell after getting his wife and the English bar manager out of jail on bail, he estimated the costs at 11.5 million baht (US$341,435.00) putting corrupt police at the top of the list of reasons why.
Howell also had voice recordings of Flowers dealing with police showing that within 48 hours of the Flirt Bar raid he had found police and judges in Bangkok who were willing to help.
Voice Message (above): Flowers explaining that he was going to get a cashier to change her statement and that he had found a judge, and police in Bangok to help, local police will help anyway because ‘If I get a problem they get a problem.‘
With that in mind and allegations of millions of baht paid in bribes circulating, perhaps AHTD police were not the police to go to. But Flowers could easily have been lying to investors.
“The actual documented spending in the Flirt Bar case is on lawyer fees, court costs, and bail bonds — none of which went to any judge or official, and all of which is consistent with normal legal defence costs in a contested Thai case currently on appeal,” Flowers wrote in his denials.
Illegal payments are not documented.
The Letter to Commander of Anti-Human Trafficking Police
** The English version of the Thai letter signed by Howell and addressed to the Commander of the Anti-Human Trafficking Division of the Royal Thai Police. This letter written from interviews by another Thai Police officer does contain errors which he would have corrected had he seen the translation.
Howell has previously given evidence to CIB officers prior to the trial showing the real ownership of the Night Wish Group but said he was told they had enough evidence and his offer was not taken up.

Subject: Request to investigate and prosecute a foreign national engaged in human trafficking
To: The Commander, Anti-Human Trafficking Division
I, Mr. Adam Ryan Howell, a Canadian national holding Canadian passport number AR431687, residing in Thailand at House No. 60/100, Moo 9, Soi Bongkot 6/4, Nong Prue Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province, served as a confidential informant to the Anti-Human Trafficking Division (AHTD) police in the investigation of the trafficking of women at a bar called Flirt Bar in Pattaya, Chonburi Province, which led to the arrest of a number of offenders: Ms. Punnipa Flowers, the owner of the bar; one foreign male, the bar manager; and one Thai woman who acted as a procurer of Thai girls under the age of 18 for prostitution to the officers conducting the sting operation.
That sting and arrest took place in March 2023 within the jurisdiction of Pattaya City Police Station, and all those arrested were brought for prosecution at the Anti-Human Trafficking Division.
After the arrests, the offenders were released on bail, and the foreign suspect fled while on bail.
Prosecution proceeded only against those arrested on the day of the incident, with no investigation expanding to the wider network of offenders — which includes Mr. Bryan Flowers, a British national and husband of Ms. Punnipa, who was behind these acts, despite evidence of bank accounts, financial trails, and income records linking to him.
He advertised on multiple websites and social media, by his own account, that he was the owner of several bars including the one where the arrests occurred. Mr. Bryan also maintained a secret channel on the Telegram application for his members to view pornographic images and which served as a channel for child prostitution within their group of bars.
However, this information was never fully investigated or prosecuted to its target. Mr. Bryan also boasted among friends that he had spent up to ten million baht to help his wife and staff escape the case — a case in which it is now known that the Criminal Court has sentenced Mr. Bryan’s wife and the others arrested to imprisonment.
After the incident, Mr. Bryan used his influence to intimidate foreign witnesses working in an anti-human-trafficking organization that had coordinated with police in investigating and making arrests in this case, and sent thugs to threaten me at my residence at night, intending to harm me, forcing me to hide and continually change where I sleep. Mr. Bryan also maliciously filed suits against me — both a criminal defamation case and a civil case claiming several million baht in damages — and further threatened to file many more cases against me, telling me to prepare for them.
The harassment and hardship I have suffered arise from the fact that I provided information to the AHTD police in the investigation of the human-trafficking case, and from the fact that Mr. Bryan and his network of foreign nationals — involved in human trafficking, trafficking in obscene material, involvement with cannabis narcotics smuggled into England, cryptocurrency fraud schemes among foreign communities, and association with thugs of the Hell’s Angels gang, which still operates in Pattaya without arrest — remain unarrested due to their financial influence and close ties with local state officials. This is why he and his network have not been arrested, subjected to asset-seizure measures, or prosecuted for money laundering.
Therefore, I submit this letter to the Commander of the Anti-Human Trafficking Division to order the investigation, arrest, and complete dismantling of Mr. Bryan’s criminal network, and the implementation of money-laundering measures against Mr. Bryan, so that society may be at peace and safe from crime; and I request protection from the intimidation by the aforementioned influential group.

LEGAL NOTES
Although Flowers could have been lying to his investors about police payments and those very high costs, he certainly got a good result. He was never charged with anything. And his wife Punnipa Flowers was the only person acquitted of the serious trafficking charges. The nominee holding the licences for the bar was her brother who lived in Korat, so Punnipa was forced to admit she was the owner. But all the takings from the bar were shown to go to her bank account anyway, thus assuring her husband would be not be responsible for anything, which had always been his plan.
Defanation Guard Law
Late News|:Since the SRA scam warning Flowers has made changes to both the scam Defamation Guard Law website and to his own latest smear hub.
All the team members and profiles have been removed from Defamation Guard Law, as well as its fake SRA registration number. It now states it is not a law firm.
It is not General Data Protection Regulation compliant and has not referred any case to solicitors.
Fake Messages
Flowers latest smear website had gone back up. It includes a hilarious fake conversation between Howell and an unamed person.
I put this through AI and this is its short version of proof that it was fake:
‘The Facebook chat is fake. The layout, timestamps, bubble spacing, and profile formatting don’t match any real version of Messenger, and the screenshot lacks essential features like reactions, “Seen/Delivered” indicators, link previews, and clickable profiles. These inconsistencies prove it was manually fabricated, not captured from Facebook.’
I do not get paid for writing stories on this website. Flower’s reference to ‘shagging’ or ‘sleeping with prostitutes, repeats itself in his online history. He accused members of The NGO ‘The Exodus Road’ of ‘sleeping with prostitutes.’

False libel claim and perjury
Flowers has repeatedly claimed, including in a YouTube video, that he successfully sued Adam Howell for libel on August 28 last year. For clarity, Flowers sued Howell for PUBLIC libel AND LOST.
Flowers told the court he had to remove his children from school because they were being bullied after a video Howell had created received more than 10,000 views.
However, even the evidence given by Flowers’ lawyers showed the YouTube video was marked as “unlisted” and had never been made available to the public.
Analytics further showed that the reported ‘views’ were generated by bots sourced in Russia and lasted only three to seven seconds. Flowers promotes Russian online services on ethical-trolling.com. Flowers, his wife, a Vloggerand business partner called Nick Dean Strickland, and the Night Wish photographer, Brazilian Fernando Baug had all perjured themselves.
The case, which Flowers won, was libelling him to his business partner Nick Dean Strickland (shown in the photograph with Flowers in Flirt Bar above). Howell had given him the secret URL. Nick Dean is a Vlogger and defends Flowers on his NDVT1 YouTube Channel and recently claimed he owned 6 bars (now reduced to three) in Pattaya Soi 7. The cash did not come from Vlogging.
Howell has appealed on the basis that this was a conversation with a close friend, bar owner, and business partner of Flowers, who knew how the bars operated and worked on the same level. There were no signs that Nick Dean Strickland had thought any different of Flowers as a result of the video
*Smear-website. Flowers is well-known for creating smear websites against his perceived enemies. Three people have come forward as victims but they have asked not to be named.
In this case he also created 12 smear websites against the American NGO ‘The Exodus Road’ who found the 16-year-old in the Flirt Bar and reported the case to Anti-Human Trafficking Police. Strangely no ‘Exodus Road’ witness was asked to give evidence at the trial.
And he created some 8 smear hubs containing over 100 smear stories against Adam Howell and myself, plus 59 smear YouTube ai slop videos.He paid for numerous web adverts describing himself as a global entrepeneur, to hide online negative publicity.
