Another embarrassing police video

Pattaya One is leading today with a story about ‘police brutality’ in the resort’s Walking Street.
CCTV shows a local policeman apparently making demands from some Russian tourists who had hired motorcycles in the resort.
An investigation is under way, of the usual type I presume, into the officer in the video below, who can be seen in the last few frames taking a swing at a Russian woman.
Perhaps it does not quite come into the category of systematic brutality, but here’s one cop who should not be on the streets but probably will be tomorrow. Pattaya One used pictures from the video, but not the video itself. Pays to be cautious I suppose.
It seems in a rush of videos going up on the net ‘Unseen Thailand’ has been getting the wrong sort of exposure recently.
